The letter sent by Anthem notified patients that our office no longer participates with their insurance which is incorrect. Our office participates with Anthem PPO and Anthem Medicare Advantage PPO & HMO plans. WE DO NOT PARTICIPATE WITH ANTHEM HEALTHKEEPERS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PLANS.
