Telephone Calls
The doctor will not be interrupted for routine calls. The office staff has been trained to answer many routine questions and often can help you. If they are unable to answer your questions, your chart will be obtained and the answer to your question will be relayed to you from the doctor by one of our nursing staff, or the doctor will call you back personally. Please note that all call backs are made after morning appointments or at the close of the business day. If this is a problem, please let our office staff know.
