Because it is the most efficient way, visits are seen on an appointment basis. Telephone as far in advance as possible for your appointment. This allows us to give you a more convenient time and is helpful in arranging a daily schedule.

Office hours vary by location. The Winchester office is open between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday during which time you may call to schedule an appointment at any of our locations. You may also phone the particular location you wish to be seen at and if that location is closed your call will transfer, at no charge to the calling party, to our Winchester office. Appointments are made through the office receptionist only and not through the doctors home number.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Time has been reserved for you and without notification from you of a cancellation, another patient may be deprived of an appointment. We do have a reminder system in place and if we have correct phone information all patients are phoned the day prior to their appointment with a reminder notice.
